Arnaud Letresor

After graduated studies in commerce and an early career, Arnaud Letresor met Yann Arthus-Bertrand in 1992. This meeting will open his reflection on the meaning to give to his professional life.
It did not take him long to resign from Procter & Gamble to join the world of photographic news agencies, and their very specific world. It was BEFORE the advent of the internet ...
In 1996, he combined his two favorite worlds, photography and sport, by joining the agency DPPI, founded in 1965, and renowned leader in photography in the fields of motor sport and Sea (at large).
After an interlude of 5 years spent in Oxford (UK), between photos and Formula One, he returned to DPPI where he later took the executive direction after initiating his resumption at the Commercial Court on July 1st, 2011.
Recognized for his ability to build and federate a team of very experienced photographers, he will take care in particular of the official photo production of big sailing races such as the Vendée Globe (3 times), the Transat Jacques Vabre (3 times), the Barcelona World Race (1 time) etc. as well as ancillary productions in Grand Prix for Renault F1.

The approaching fifties, the idea has matured to create a site of decorative photos around Boats, Cars and Bikes as well as a versatile structure, Alea - "Arnaud Letresor and its Authors" for the little story - which will allow him to work only his favorite photographers and cameramen, without any prejudice on their initial formation: only their talent counts.
